Upper Gwynedd Township is made up of the below registered voters. As you can see, the registration advantage the Republicans enjoy is not that great. However, the democrats main problem, and I cannot stress this enough, is that they do not come out in as great a percentage as the Republicans. That is especially true in off year municipal ellections. As a result of that and a winner take all seat apportionment, the Republicans are the only ones that have representation on the Township Board Of Commissioners. It has been that way for over 30 years. it will require a large democratic turnout to change that. So here is how you can help.
Volunteer your time to
- Work on the committee
- Hand out literature
- Work the Polls
- Recruit like minded democrats
- Host a yard sign
- Write a letter to the editor.
- Hold a 'Meet & Greet' for a democratic candidate at your house.
- If you are good at Social Media then help us manage that.
- If you can write then help us design communications
- If you are a graphic arts person help us with designs
- Join us at a phone bank to make calls
