Upper Gwynedd Democrats

Building For The Next Decade

Please help us with the Democratic Voice in Upper Gwynedd.

Upper Gwynedd Imagined

As an Upper Gwynedd  resident, you’ve wanted to join the conversation and help make it a better community.

As we talk with our neighbors we have learned of the concerns of:

  • working families about their children
  • elderly on a fixed income
  • young professionals looking to be involved with their community.

So we invite you to share your thoughts and ideas with us. You may:-

We, the Democratic Committee for the Township, believe there is much we can do to make our community even more livable.

We also believe there is a need for the Township to work collaboratively with other municipalities to provide joint services that reduce our tax burden.

I was born in Indiana, grew up in Ohio and moved to Pennsylvania in 1972.  My husband, Ted and I have been in our house in Upper Gwynedd since 1979.  Our three children attended North Penn schools and are now married and living in other states.  We have two teenage granddaughters.  I was a registered nurse at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and when the children became teens, I went back into the workplace working with senior citizens, memory care residents and special needs seniors.  I've stayed busy with multiple volunteer organizations since my retirement.  I became a Democrat the summer of 2016 working with Hillary Clinton's campaign.  As a Ward 5 Committee person, my goal is to help our constituents become a well-informed, inclusive, cohesive neighborhood.
